How do I know if I’m successful?
Once you have verified your ID and you’re successful – you will get a notification. Your first month payment will be deducted, and your order sent to our warehousing team to complete. If your order was processed before 12pm on a business day, and we don’t require any more information, we'll ship your device the same day
Either way, if you haven’t heard back from us or received a tracking number for your order, please drop us an email via support@numobile.com.au during business hours. Our business hours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (Sydney time).
