How to add calls to Pakistan in the My Account portal
If you are one of the customers' who has the access to our exclusive Pakistan calling deal between 12 September 2023 and 12 February 2024, you can follow this guide on how to add minutes to your account.

Go to the numobile website and log in to your account here.

Scroll down and select ‘Plans’
(if you have phone subscriptions, you will need to select ‘Phone + SIM plans’ button first.)

Scroll down to ‘Your SIM plan’ section and if you have multiple numbers on the account make sure you have the right one selected above your plan section.

Scroll further to ‘Add-ons’ and select ‘Add now’ to the calls to Pakistan, once you confirm your selection – you will be charged $1.50 to the card that’s on the account (so make sure you have funds available for the add-on to be successful).

Once it’s confirmed and payment has been taken, you will be able to make calls! The add-on in your account should look like this:
This exclusive add-on is only available for eligible customers. Add-on will not work if you have not received an email about this offer.
Your add-ons will expire at the same time your plan renews each month.
You will receive a text when you have used up 50%, 85% and 100% of your add-on. Only add more when you run out or new add-on will replace the current one you have active.
