Can I choose a new number?

Yes, if you don't have an existing number that you would like to port to numobile, you can choose a new number in the activation process. Log in to your account and there you can pick your new number from a list of available numbers by following these steps:

  1. Verify your nu SIM card by entering the SIM serial number on the SIM card we’ve sent you.
  2. Select a new number from the list provided
  3. Click the ‘Get this number now' button and your number should in most cases be active within a couple of minutes. You will receive a notification as soon as it's ready.

If you at any point decide to leave numobile, you can take your number with you.

numobile uses parts of the Telstra 3G and 4G network which covers over 1.6 million square kilometres of Australia servicing 98.8% of the population. Check out our network coverage map to see if that includes you.
