Where can I find my account reference number (ARN)?
To port your number, we need to lodge a request with your current mobile service provider.
For post-paid customers we typically need your Account Reference Number when lodging that request. You can find your Account Reference Number on one of your bills (usually found at the top) or by calling your current service provider.
If you’re porting from a pre-paid service, please only put the date of birth of the account holder (and leave the ARN section empty).
