How to return your current subscription phone
If you are ready, you can start the return process by filling in this form. Not ready yet? No worries. You can continue your subscription and return your phone anytime when you are ready.

1. Initiate the return by clicking the link above to start the return process.
2. Fill out the questionnaire that we will send across and attach the photos and videos requested.
3. Wait for the returns package to arrive.
Once you receive the returns package
Before you package your phone, make sure your iCloud Account has been removed and Find my Phone has been disconnected.
Make sure that you package your phone up as per the instructions provided when your return is initiated.
Lodge your returns parcel at your local Aus Post and send us a screenshot of the lodgement receipt.
