What happens at the end of my subscription period?
At the end of your subscription period, you'll need to send back your phone and you can then upgrade to one of the latest devices available in our store.
If you don't return your phone when the subscription period ends or when you may be required to return your phone under the agreement, a non-return fee equal to your monthly subscription instalment is payable at the beginning of each successive month thereafter until you return the phone to us. Such fees are capped to 6 non-return fees for refurbished or pre-owned phones or otherwise to 12 non-return fees.
