How to upgrade & return your current subscription phone
How to select your new phone
1. Log into your account via our website.
2. Go to the ‘shop’ section and select your favourite new device
3. Complete checkout & your new phone is on it’s way to you with free express shipping!
How to return your current phone
1. When you’re in the My Account section, click on 'Devices'' then 'Your subscriptions'.
2. Select the ‘More info’ button on the device under ‘Your subscriptions’.
3. Once you click on 'More Info', a purple pop up will come up to give you options. Click on 'Return or Upgrade'.
4. Fill in the returns form and submit the form. Please also upload photos of your current device to not delay the return process.
5. Once submitted, we'll reach out to you with information on how to send the phone back to us.
What to Do When You Receive the Returns Package
- Remove iCloud and ‘Find My Phone’: Before packaging your phone, ensure your iCloud account is removed and ‘Find My Phone’ is turned off.
- Package Your Phone and you’re all set to send it back!
