What is the 12-month device warranty?

Every nucertified phone comes with our 12-month device warranty. So if your phone fails (through no fault of yours) to meet our nucertified standards during that period, we’ll arrange for the device to be repaired or replaced (at our election) at no additional cost.

We understand that life happens, so if you're on a Phone & SIM plan and your phone is damaged by you, or it’s out of warranty, you can still return or swap your phone and the most you’ll have to pay is 40% of the remaining balance.  

Our nucertified phones come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have your phone repaired or replaced if your phone fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
