Every nucertified phone comes with our 12-month Device Warranty. So if your phone fails (unless the failure is due to damage caused by you, another person or by accident) to meet our nucertified standards during that period, we’ll arrange for the phone to be repaired or replaced (at our election) at no additional cost. Our nucertified phones come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have your phone repaired or replaced if your phone fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. How does it work?
If you would like to make a warranty claim, please get in touch with our customer service team.
Please note that it will take us up to 5 business days from receiving your phone to test the phone and review your claim. We understand that it may be hard to be without your phone for a couple of days, so please get in touch with our team to help you with some troubleshooting steps as there may be a quick fix for the issue your experiencing.
